While our 2017 hand-piecers have been busy stitching away at their Take a BOW quilts, machine-piecers have been patiently waiting… but the wait is over at last!
Introducing our brand-new and exclusive machine-pieced Mystery Club project for 2017 – A Christmas Mystery.
(Not sure what the Mystery Club is? Head over here to read all about it!)
A Christmas Mystery
Yes, our machine mystery project this year is a seasonal Christmas quilt. Designed by Bramble Babe Julie Yates, it’s a traditionally-inspired quilt that includes abstract and pictorial blocks using various different machine piecing techniques.
Simple enough for confident beginners but with scope for advanced quilters to really make it your own by adding extra applique, quilting, embroidery or embellishment, we think it’s a cracker! There’s a choice of three palettes as well – Country, Scandi or Modern Brights.
As always, the project is delivered online with downloadable patterns and help, advice, and quilty chat available in our online clubhouse and private Facebook group.
This time around the machine-pieced project will be delivered over six months to give you time to finish it for Christmas 2017 if you want to – but there’s plenty of sewing to stretch it out if you’d prefer to work at a more leisurely pace!
Also, as with the hand-pieced project Take a BOW, this year we are limiting numbers to 100 kits and once we’ve sold out, there won’t be any more!
A Christmas Mystery kits are available to order now and access to the patterns will be available from 1 April. The Mystery Club Babes are raring to go – will you be joining us for A Christmas Mystery?
Please be sure to read the page All About the Mystery Club 2017 carefully before you order so you understand how it all works. That’s where you’ll find full descriptions of the projects (without revealing too much!), the prices, and of course, links to order your kit.
If you have any questions before joining, just give us a ring on 01327 342212 or send us a message.
