Flower Show Sunrise by Liberty Fabrics:  8 x fat eighths

As we curate & pack your Box of Delights today the sun is finally shining and we can truly start to believe that Spring is finally here. And what better way to celebrate its arrival than a delightful selection of Liberty prints in a joyful spring colour palette. This collection contains many of the classic Liberty floral prints – Emily Belle, Hampstead Meadow, Cosmos, Suffolk Field, Chelsea Flower, Mamie – and we are sending you a selection of these prints to either gaze at loving but not dare to cut up, or to create this month’s fabulous project suggestion.

White Essential Dot Tone-on-Tone by Makower: 50cm

For this month’s project we have provided additional fabric from Makower – White Essential Dot Tone-on-Tone – 302 W1 – a firm favourite with the Bramble Patch, its delicate dot pattern adds a little hint of pattern & interest as an alternative to a plain white.

Universal Sewing Machine needles: Schmetz

The annual tradition of a good old ‘Spring Clean’ is upon us and why not include your sewing machine this year’s blitz. A soft bristle brush can get rid of all the gathered fluff & thread, a little sewing machine oil to help it run smoothly and essentially a shiny, new SHARP needle. It’s amazing how regularly changing your needle can impact on your sewing experience.

Embroidery Thread: DMC

If you are creating this month’s project, we have included a skein of DMC embroidery thread in a shade to compliment your Liberty prints.

Pattern: Spring Cushion

Bramble stitcher Julie has created a beautiful cushion this month to celebrate the arrival of Spring. She has included some playful words which evoke all thoughts of Spring, but you can personalize your cushion with whatever thoughts and images remind you of the arrival of this joyful season. And the great news is that this is the first ‘seasonal celebration’ cushion of the year!! Julie will be creating cushions for the remaining season’s which will be revealed first to our Box of Delights customers later this year!
