Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, the shop remains closed and we are taking online orders only.
We are accepting both UK and international orders but please note that delivery will be slower than usual. It may take up to 10 working days to receive your UK order and significantly longer for international orders.
Our skeleton staff are working extremely hard to pick, pack and despatch your orders as quickly as possible, but as you can imagine, the online shop is very busy at the moment and we must limit the number of people in the building to maintain social distancing. Our status system will email you to let you know when your order has been despatched. Please allow at least 10 working days after that before contacting us about non-delivery – this is the minimum time Royal Mail will allow before investigating.
Block-of-the-Month (Land of Patchwork Glory) and Mystery Club (Lucy at Liberty) boxes are being despatched as usual, however, we have no choice other than to cancel all Box of Delights and Batik Club subscriptions as we cannot guarantee stock or staff to prepare them.
Our long-arm Quilt Room is still taking in quilts via post, so please do email us to enquire and someone will ring you back to discuss your quilt.
