Following seven years of successfully supporting many worthy causes this year we are very proud to announce we will be supporting the amazing charity Refuge – the largest domestic abuse organisation in the UK. On any given day their services support thousands of women and their children, helping them to overcome the physical, emotional, financial and logistical impacts of abuse and help them to rebuild their lives, free from fear.
The Bramble Patch have designed a quilt using combinations of blocks in various sizes and designs to create a truly delightful quilt that reflects the cause we are raising money for. The Haven Mystery Quilt will be hand sewn using the English Paper Piecing method and the finished size will be approx. 48" square.

Once you have made your donation please send us an email confirming the donation and we will add you to the monthly subscription list.
You will then receive a MONTHLY email (sent on the first Friday of each month) containing the patterns to create pieced patchwork blocks.
Your patterns each month will include:
- graph patterns to be drawn out on graph paper - we strongly recommend using only Creative Grids graph paper as it is a suitable weight for EPP templates
- colour placement illustration
- photographs of completed blocks using the "Essence - Collection for a Cause" fabric collection.
Our quilt will be created using the "Essence - Collection for a Cause" fabric collection by Moda. We have selected this collection specifically for this year's quilt as it's colour palette of purple, lilac, green and soft creams & browns reminded us of the suffrage colours. And the delicate floral & paisley prints will create a stunning heirloom quilt to treasure or pass on to someone special.

Finally, you will need to purchase 2.75m of background fabric to complete your blocks - we have selected cream for ours but the choice is yours - and we're here to offer help and assistance if you need it.
