When looking at antique quilts, you will find that most of the fabrics have faded over time, due to use, washing and exposure to sunlight. But upon closer inspection you will discover the original colours of the fabrics hidden in the seam allowances. The vibrant greens, reds, yellows and blues that were often used formed the inspiration for our new collection.
